In addition to your personal time in Scripture and Daily Prayers, COTA encourages everyone to participate in one of the three weekly fellowship home groups. Home groups are not mandatory, but an opportunity to fellowship with your Christian brothers & sisters in the Lord for the building up of your faith and thiers.
Home Groups are centered on the reading of Holy Scriptures and fellowship with one another in Christ Jesus. Just as in our Sunday Worship we expect the Holy Spirit to freely move and to touch peoples lives in a powerful annointed way.
Home Groups are open to everyone, and we encourage you to join us for blessed time of fellowship, prayer, ministry, and sharing in the Lord.
Church of the Advent currently has three ongoing Bible Study Home Groups which meet weekly.
+ Carlsbad - North County Coastal
Meeting every Thursday evening at 6:30pm - 9pm.
+ Mira Mesa - San Diego/North County Inland
Meeting every Tuesday evening at 7pm.
+ San Diego - Point Loma Area
Meeting every Tuesday evening at 7pm.
