Church of the Advent is a home for those seeking a deeper, more meaningful relationship with God; a place where traditional family values are taught and cherished; and where the power of Christ?s resurrection is manifested in healing and the changing of lives everyday.

We have been a part of the San Diego North County community for over 14 years. Our members come from almost every walk of life; grandparents, parents, children, young adults, single parents, military, law enforcement, teachers and those new to the faith.

You are invited to join us every Sunday at 9:30pm for Praise & Worship and celebration of Holy Eucharist and experience the fullness of Charistmatic Evangelical Sacramental Worship.

Advent is a season in the church year that precedes Christmas by 40 days. It's point of origin can be found in Matthew's Gospel -
The Angel of The Lord proclaimed, "Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace to men on whom His favor rests." All the heavenly hosts cheered for the Christ had come into the world and into our lives. And like the shepherds and the wise men we too should....

The vision of CEC for LIfe Ministries is to make CEC clergy and laity a key part of ending abortion in America and around the world. The International Communion of the Charismatic Episcopal Church believes that life is precious and the defenseless victims of violence in our nation deserve our attention and protection.
